The title says exactly what has been going on in my life lately. I feel all the above words throughout my day. Ideas and thoughts are getting swirled together and mixed up that sometimes I just have to stop and clear my head to remember exactly what I was trying to do in the first place!
This is always a busy time of year, and also seems to be the toughest in so many ways. In March, we prepare to end the second trimester, produce report cards, and conference with students/families. We try to keep up with meetings, giving feedback, planning, and so on.
During this time, our students tend to test the limits and need a change of routine or freshness, otherwise boredom and disengagement set in. They need the best of us right now, which is not an easy thing to do.
I guess my reason for the blog is get out all these thoughts swirling in my head. But most of all, to recognize that I absolutely LOVE my job even during the toughest time of year. I also assume I am not the only one who feels this way, so I hope this post reaches out to others who feel the same way. You are not alone!
